Staff Research Scientist, Dexterous Manipulation

Sanctuary is seeking a Staff Research Scientist to join their team working on innovative robotic manipulation tasks. This role involves creating and enhancing RL/IL algorithms, developing data collection systems, overseeing real-world evaluations, and collaborating with a team of researchers. Requirements

• Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent.
• 5+ years hands-on experience implementing robotic manipulation tasks, with focus on real-world robotics.
• 4+ years experience developing and optimizing RL/IL techniques in the real world.
• 4+ years experience in developing and optimizing large-batch parallel simulations for Reinforcement Learning.
• Active involvement in integrating Machine Learning models into a robotics platform.
