Job Description
We are looking for a Bank Concierge to join our team. The role will involve being a first point of call for customer queries, developing good relationships with customers, and providing an excellent service. The successful candidate will have experience working with young people or vulnerable adults, and good communication skills.
Requirements
- Experience of working with young people or vulnerable adults, people with mental health needs or substance misuse
- Previous experience working under challenging circumstances
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use IT systems confidently
