Bank Concierge

Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting a Bank Waking Night Concierge to work at our Homelessness Support Service at Park Road in Norfolk. The role involves providing excellent service to customers, developing good relationships, and handling challenging situations.

Requirements

• Experience of working with young people or vulnerable adults, people with mental health needs or substance misuse
• Previous experience working under challenging circumstances
• Good communication skills
• Ability to use IT systems confidently
