Bank Concierge

We're recruiting for a Concierge at our CQC Registered Physical Disabilities Service, Ashfield Court, Darlington. The role involves being a first point of call for customer queries, developing relationships with customers, and providing an excellent service.

Requirements

• Experience of working with young people or vulnerable adults, people with mental health needs or substance misuse
• Previous experience working under challenging circumstances
• Good communication skills
• Ability to use IT systems confidently
