Job Description
Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting for a Bank Project Worker at Merrick House in Hastings. The role involves providing support to customers with mental health needs, promoting safety, and encouraging independence.
Requirements
- Experience of working with adults who have experienced homelessness
- Enthusiastic and flexible with a strong 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Strong organisational skills as well as functional literacy and numeracy
- Ability to react quickly to changing priorities whilst working to deadlines and targets
- NVQ3 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards
