Job Description
Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting for a Call Handler at Parade Enterprise Centre in Chester. The role involves call handling, responding to emergency calls, and maintaining customer records. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent customer service and communication skills, and basic knowledge of information systems and databases.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and targets
- Basic knowledge of information systems and databases
- Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English and Maths
