Commercial Gas Engineer

Sanctuary provides in-house repairs and maintenance services for properties across Sanctuary organisations. As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be required to safely and professionally deliver installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of commercial gas systems and associated mechanical equipment.

Requirements

• CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, COCN1 / CODNCO1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A, CIGA1, CORT1, CDGA1CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, Gas Auditing Qualification, HTR1, Unvented - G3 Certificate, Water Regulations (WRAS)
• Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
• Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
• Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
• Excellent communication and customer care skills
• Working knowledge of the installation, servicing and maintenance of gas heating systems in commercial properties
• Full valid UK driving licence
