Job Description
Sanctuary provide in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations. As part of a not-for-profit organisation, we aim to achieve outstanding results for our customers based on our values - working in an open and transparent way, creating strong partnerships with our customers and providing a first-class customer service. Commercial Gas Engineer is required to join the Commercial Gas Management team in Chester, covering surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Qualified to CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, COCN1 / CODNCO1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A, CIGA1, CORT1, CDGA1CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, Gas Auditing Qualification, HTR1, Unvented - G3 Certificate, Water Regulations (WRAS)
- Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
- Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
- Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
- Excellent communication and customer care skills
- Working knowledge of the installation, servicing and maintenance of gas heating systems in commercial properties
