Housing Officer

Sanctuary manages rented and shared ownership homes and supports community initiatives for thousands of customers across England. Our staff help make a real difference to the quality of people’s lives. We have an opportunity for a Housing Officer to join our Housing team based in Stoke-on-Trent.

Requirements

• Recent experience undertaking a similar role
• A passion for supporting tenancy sustainment and working with vulnerable people
• Knowledge of relevant housing regulations and legislation
• An understanding of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience and knowledge of good practice resident involvement activities
• Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential
