Assistant Housing Officer

Sanctuary Scotland is seeking an Assistant Housing Officer to join their Housing team in Cumbernauld. The role involves administrative tasks, customer service, and communication with tenants and external agencies. The successful candidate will have recent experience in customer service or administration, and previous experience in a housing environment is desirable. The role is office-based and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

• Recent experience within a customer service environment or administrative position
• Previous experience of working in a Housing environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative, with fast changing requirements
• Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word and Excel (or similar)
