We have an opportunity for a Scheme Manager to join our Sanctuary Independent Living (SIL's) division. The role of Scheme Manager will include promoting resident involvement, meeting legislative and regulatory requirements, managing relationships with stakeholders, and delivering high quality customer service.
Requirements
- Some experience of working with older people in a support capacity and understanding their individual needs or similar
- Working knowledge of the key needs and services available to residents
- Some experience of problem solving and implementing effective solutions, including referrals as needed
- Ability to interpret and maintain computerised information and documentation
- Working knowledge of handling confidential and sensitive information
