Scheme Manager - Part Time

Sanctuary manages rented and shared ownership homes and supports community initiatives for thousands of customers across England. Our staff help make a real difference to the quality of people’s lives. We have a vacancy for a Scheme Manager who will join a team of 12 Scheme Managers located in the South West reporting to a Housing Officer who works remotely.

Requirements

• Supporting residents by providing information to promote independence
• Completing mandatory compliance tasks along with health and safety checks
• Reporting and monitoring repairs to conclusion
• Delivering high quality customer service by resolving problems and complaints
• Maintaining accurate records about residents and the scheme
• Covering other schemes as and when required
