Job Description
The Young Adult Residency is a part-time, seasonal role designed to develop young leaders in both ministry experience and personal discipleship. Residents will split their time between serving in a specific ministry role and supporting the broader Network Young Adults Ministry during the summer season.
Requirements
- A follower of Jesus with a desire to grow in character, calling, and competency
- A passion for being developed as a young leader in the church
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
