Youth Ministry Lead

The Youth Lead role exists to cast vision, lead culture, and build a healthy volunteer team of adults and students who create environments where students become real with themselves, God, and others as they grow closer to Jesus.

Requirements

• Cast compelling vision for Sandals Youth that reflects the church’s mission and values.
• Lead with clarity and consistency so students and leaders know where the ministry is going.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and train volunteers to lead confidently.
• Serve as the primary communicator for your midweek Youth service.
• Champion the discipleship process at your campus.
