Looking for an ambitious, creative, reliable, and mechanically inclined Set-Up & Maintenance Technician/Production Lead to join our dynamic team on 2nd shift. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about leveraging their technical skills to produce twisted wire brushes that serve essential industries worldwide.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing maintenance, machine setup, or related roles
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to act as a production lead, demonstrating leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of automated and manual manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
