As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales representatives and drive revenue growth by executing national sales strategies, converting opportunities into orders, and ensuring the team remains highly customer-facing. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the team to achieve sales targets, portfolio growth, and key account objectives.
