Technical Trainer

Sandvik has an opportunity for a Technical Trainer in Alachua, Florida USA (greater Gainesville, FL area) to develop materials and train Rotary drill assembly, maintenance, testing of components, and machine systems.

Requirements

• Organize and develop training manuals
• Conduct technical training sessions
• Assist with identifying and implementing future training improvements
• Conduct training needs assessments
• Develop and maintain training/competency matrices
• Identify and analyze competency gaps
• Design and apply assessment tools
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Perform hands-on execution of manufacturing operations
