Technical Training Manager

The Technical Training Manager for Rotary Drills is responsible for technical competence development on the Sandvik Rotary drills. This person will be responsible for the development of technical training material and delivery of technical training both in-person and through virtual platforms.

Requirements

• Lead the technical training team
• Manage all technical competence development for Rotary Drills
• Deliver training on Rotary Drills to ensure safe service and maintenance of the drills
• Map and identify technical competence in the Sales Areas and the Divisional technical support team
• Develop technical training material to cover all aspects of the Rotary Drills
• Supply the Sales Area aftermarket staff with product training courses and product training tools on all products
• Develop new training methods and tools
