Sandy Cove Ministries is a nonprofit retreat and hospitality center located on the Chesapeake Bay, offering year‑round programs such as summer vacation packages, a day camp for children, and lodging for guests. The ministry also partners with other organizations to design and host impactful retreats and events on its 220‑acre property.

Each position has its own requirements
Night Auditor Host
High school diploma, customer service experience, basic mathematical skills, working knowledge of Office 360
Converge Intern
High school diploma required. Lifeguard, First Aid & CPR/CPR certification needed. Personal relationship with Jesus is expected. Teachable ability will be tested
Lobby Attendant
Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, physical strength & endurance required. Must have self-motivation and be a friendly, guest-focused person
Kitchen Rounds
Requires a personal relationship with Jesus and a high school degree. Must be teachable and possess strong communication skills
Housekeeper
Requires a personal relationship with Jesus, weekend availability, and basic cleaning skills. Good time management is essential for success
Lifeguard (On-Call)
Lifeguard certification & First Aid/CPR, physical fitness are needed. Must be adaptable, flexible, and willing to work varied hours
Activities Specialist (On-Call)
Personal relationship with God, knowledge of activities (ping pong, etc.), and proven team working ability are key. Certification to belay or be trained is required
Dining Room Supervisor
HS diploma, food service knowledge, and supervisory experience are required. Excellent communication and problem solving skills are essential
