Job Description
Sandy Cove Ministries is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead the Guest Experience and ensure a positive atmosphere at their signature programs. This role involves overseeing the Wait Staff, ensuring accurate menu preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. They emphasize connection with God, families, and each other.
Requirements
- Personal Relationship with Jesus Christ
- High School Diploma
- Prior customer service and supervisory experience
- Friendly and outgoing; servant attitude
- General food service knowledge
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Nonessential skills: Desire to grow personally, professionally and spiritually
- Reporting to this position: Wait Staff
