Job Description
Sanford Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its Good Samaritan Indianola long term care facility. The LPN will provide professional nursing care for residents under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility
