Job Description
Sanford Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care. The LPN will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician and will be responsible for administering medications, performing testing, and documenting resident interactions.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- Possess the ability to perform testing to evaluate data reflective of the resident's status and to provide the care needed
