Responsible for the upkeep of facility grounds, light maintenance repair, and cleaning tasks completed in a safe, professional manner.

Requirements

• Must take extra precautions when working in patient care areas and specifically keep tools out of the reach of children.
• Must possess basic mechanical knowledge and show competence in the use of hand tools, meters, measuring devices and gauges.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have knowledge of federal, state, and local codes, specifications, and ordinances.
• Must be able to understand written and verbal communications.
• Must comply with all corporate and facility policies and dress code.
