Job Description
The RN Transplant Coordinator will coordinate the transplant process between the transplant center and referral sources, ensuring timely and efficient education, workup, and activation for transplantation. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing
- Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Department specific competencies and certifications
