Requirements
- Recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Experience with sourcing, outbound recruiting, and passive candidate engagement
- Comfortable managing activity metrics and performance goals
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals daily
- Competitive, goal-driven mindset with a desire to increase earnings
- Construction industry experience/knowledge is a plus!
