Job Description
We're looking for an AI Solutions Architect to define AI-enabled capabilities, architect AI-driven systems, and ensure what we build is innovative, durable, scalable, and aligned with long-term platform evolution.
Requirements
- 3 plus years of experience in Technical Product Architecture, Systems Design, AI Solutions Engineering, or similar role deploying AI/ML solutions in production
- Strong understanding of modern AI/ML techniques including LLMs, NLP, predictive modeling, speech analytics, agent assist, and automation
- Demonstrated ability to design complex AI-driven systems and manage trade-offs such as accuracy vs. speed vs. cost
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills, able to translate complex concepts across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with Product Discovery and early-phase ideation preferred
- Knowledge of UCaaS and CCaaS domains, real-time communications systems, and telecom concepts preferred
- Familiarity with secure model deployment, data governance, and responsible AI practices preferred
