AI Solutions Architect - Unified Communications

We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect to join our Software Engineering team and help define what we build, how we build it, and how it scales. You will partner with Product Management to define AI-enabled capabilities, vet ideas, and architect AI-driven systems that balance performance, latency, accuracy, cost, and operational complexity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Product Architecture, Systems Design, AI Solutions Engineering, or similar role deploying AI/ML solutions in production
• Strong understanding of modern AI/ML techniques including LLMs, NLP, predictive modeling, speech analytics, agent assist, and automation
• Demonstrated ability to design complex AI-driven systems and manage trade-offs such as accuracy vs. speed vs. cost
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills, able to translate complex concepts across technical and non-technical audiences
