Job Description
The SCUK Contact Centre Team Leader is responsible for the daily management of a team of 12-15 employees, providing direction and guidance, and ensuring excellent customer service and SLA's are met. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and training team members, resolving escalated customer issues, and conducting recruitment. The role is a hybrid position with at least 3 days a week in the Redhill office.
Requirements
- Previous management, coaching, or supervisory experience
- Substantial customer service experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
