Requirements
- High School graduate and diploma or have satisfied the requirements through the general education development (GED)
- Two (2) Forms of identification, one (1) must have a valid Social Security Card and one (1) must be government issued picture identification (ID) card
- TB (PPD) Skin Test, Criminal Background Check, and All physicals must be up to date (within 1 year)
- Hepatitis B Vaccine or signed waiver
