RN/LPN Intake/Sup Visits

The job requires a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to conduct supervisory visits with clients and caregivers in their homes, ensuring quality care and communication. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dedicated, and reliable, with a minimum of two years' experience in home health services.

Requirements

• CPR/First Aid certified
• Certificate showing Negative for TB
• Valid driver's license
• Photo copy of Security Card
• Current proof of auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Agree to random drug testing
• Certification/license in the practice of Nursing (RN, LPN, or CNA)
• Pass national background check
• Possible Federal fingerprinting requirement
