Job Description
The LPN/RN will complete supervisory visits with assigned members and report any significant changes in member's status. They will also monitor the performance of personal support aides, record vital signs, and document member's current status.
Requirements
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Certificate showing Negative for TB
- Valid driver’s license
- Photo copy of Security Card
- Current proof of auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Agree to random drug testing
- Certification/license in the practice of Nursing (RN or LPN)
- Pass national background check
- Possible Federal fingerprinting requirement
