Job Description
As a Intake/Supervisory visits LPN/RN, you will complete face-to-face supervisory visits with assigned members, notify supervisors of significant changes, and assist with member care as needed.
Requirements
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Certificate showing Negative for TB
- Valid driver's license
- Photo copy of Security Card
- Current proof of auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Agree to random drug testing
- Certification/license in the practice of Nursing (RN, LPN OR CNA)
- Pass national background check
- Profesional Liability Insurance (NSO)
