Job Description
SAP is seeking a Customer Success Manager - Public Cloud Financial Solutions to manage daily customer accounts, develop account strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with customers, account management teams, and other business teams to drive adoption and growth of SAP's oCFO solution. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in implementing and advising customers on Financial solutions, with a strong background in Accounting & Finance planning, GRC, Tax and Trade, or Treasury & Working Capital. Proficiency in SAP Commercial and Account Management Systems, financial systems, and financial planning expertise is also required.
Requirements
- Develop and implement account strategies and implementation plans for emerging and renewal customers
- Maintain customer satisfaction through issue mitigation and escalation management
- Track SLA performance, usage and adoption metrics, and overall customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed account-specific revenue and profitability goals
- Maintain a close working relationship with other regional business teams
