Job Description
SAP is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee daily management of assigned Cloud customer accounts, with a focus on maximizing value through SAP oCFO solution adoption. The successful candidate will be responsible for account strategies, implementation plans, and customer satisfaction, with a focus on profitable growth and retention of revenue associated with customers within their portfolio.
Requirements
- Develop and implement account strategies and implementation plans for emerging and renewal customers
- Ensure rapid adoption and enablement of solutions that drive value for the customer
- Track SLA performance, usage and adoption metrics, and overall customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed account-specific revenue and profitability goals for account portfolio
- Maintain a close working relationship with other regional business teams in support of global customers and corporate functions
