We are seeking a Customer Success Partner Senior Advisor to manage and orchestrate resources for designated customer accounts, developing and implementing account strategies and consumption plans to drive customer outcomes. The role will engage with CSM teams, foster cloud subscription adoption, and ensure seamless collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study
- Six years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation
- Experience with ABAP/ ERP based development, quality and delivery skills
- Experience with SAP Data Quality Management, ETL Tools, SAP ECC OnPremise, S/4 HANA OnPremise, and S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition
- Experience with implementing ERP and S/4HANA solutions with project management and technical cutover skills
- Experience with HANA Studio Modeling
- Experience with implementing and positioning short engagements to resolve issues, business critical bottleneck, and position innovation with Customers or Partners
