Job Description
We are looking for a CX Solution Advisor Senior Specialist to support the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to post-sale customer support, leveraging expertise in CX solutions to maximize value for customers. As a key member of the account team, you will provide deep CX solution-specific expertise, support the account team, and engage with customers to continue selling the vision of SAP CX solutions.
Requirements
- Professional experience with large software/IT organizations, preferably in CX solution
- CX product and process experience and/or 10 years + of relevant SAP CX solutions experience
- Working knowledge of CX Cloud Solutions, Hosted Services, and Software as a Service/Platform as a Service models in the Business-to-Business Environment
