Job Description
As a Solution Sales Expert - CX, you will be responsible for driving revenue, customer success, and adoption of innovation, while shaping transformative solutions and delivering measurable value to customers. You will serve as the CX LoB owner for assigned accounts, develop strategic account plans, and provide domain expertise to address high-priority business challenges.
Requirements
- 10 years of Industry or Practitioner experience driving software sales
- Executive relationship building skills with proven C-suite influence
- B2B enterprise experience with multi-stakeholder SaaS cycles
- Deep SAP and domain expertise, with a strong understanding of AI and innovation trends
- Strategic thinking, business acumen, relationship building and client advocacy skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in both English and Italian is required
