Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Customer Engagement Manager to oversee customer lifecycle, onboarding, migration activities, and service delivery for SAP Cloud Customers. The role requires strong SAP technical and migration expertise, customer engagement, and project management capabilities.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of work experience as SAP technical consultant with 2+ years in a customer-facing role
- Japanese language: Native or equivalent proficiency (written and verbal)
- Hands on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers
- Strong experience in SAP system migrations and conversions
- Technical and application expertise for different cloud solutions
- Excellent customer focus / Networking / Relationship Building /Results-driven / Self-organized / Decision making
