Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Customer Engagement Manager to join our SAP Global Cloud Operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering customer engagement and satisfaction through successful onboarding and migration activities, technical requirements, and issue mitigation.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of work experience as SAP technical consultant
- Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP brownfield migrations, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers
- Strong experience in SAP system migrations and conversions, particularly SAP system migrations to cloud environments (RISE PCE)
- Proficiency in English (Written and verbal)
- Good understanding of ECSs operations infrastructure, processes, and automation tools like SPC, TIC, etc.
