We are looking for a Partner Management Expert to drive the growth of SAP's managed service business in APAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quarterly and annual targets for the Managed Service Provider (MSP) channel and establishing strong collaboration with other SAP teams to increase efficiency and partner/customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven record of excellent performance in Sales, Presales, business development or channel management experience with experience of 10-15+ years
- Proven record of people leadership (as MMT or MMM) for 5+ years
- Proven track record in transacting with and through partners
- Good network within SAP on local, regional and global basis
- Consistently achieving revenue, growth and profitability targets
- English proficiency is a must, Japanese must and plus one other language
- 15+ years working experience in the ICT - software industry
- 5+ years in a partner facing role (Sales, Consulting, Customer Service)
- Demonstrated partnering and sales leadership skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills an executive level
- High energy - brings innovative ideas to the team and champions best practices
- Proven capability to work in a high performance team and collaborate, with independent accountability
- Local market knowledge with relevant working experience and understanding (software industry, trends, vertical market industries, etc.)
