Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Recruiting Solution Value Advisor (SVA) to join our global Adoption Office. As a Solution Value Advisor, you will apply a strategic, consulting-oriented mindset to help customers bridge the gap between their recruiting business needs, SAP SuccessFactors product capabilities, and how those solutions are implemented and adopted over time.
Requirements
- 8+ years in customer success, adoption, value advisory, solution architecture, or business architecture roles within recruiting or HCM cloud solutions.
- Deep understanding of recruiting processes, operating models, and talent acquisition transformation.
- Experience primarily in Saas solutions, with a focus on SmartRecruiter / other Recruiting Saas offerings.
- Proven ability to influence without authority, lead executive conversations, and translate strategy into execution.
- Comfortable using data, KPIs, and qualitative insights to drive adoption decisions and demonstrate business value.
- Confident presenter with the ability to engage executive, business, and technical audiences.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed environments with global teams and partners.
