As a Recruiting Solution Value Advisor, you will apply a strategic consulting-oriented mindset to help customers bridge the gap between their recruiting business needs, SAP SuccessFactors product capabilities, and how those solutions are implemented and adopted over time.
Requirements
- 8+ years in customer success, adoption, value advisory, solution architecture, or business architecture roles within recruiting or HCM cloud solutions
- Recruiting Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of recruiting processes, operating models, and talent acquisition transformation
- SaaS Background: Experience primarily in Saas solutions, with a focus on SmartRecruiter / other Recruiting Saas offerings
- Consulting Mindset: Proven ability to influence without authority, lead executive conversations, and translate strategy into execution
- Analytical & Value-Driven: Comfortable using data, KPIs, and qualitative insights to drive adoption decisions and demonstrate business value
- Communication Excellence: Confident presenter with the ability to engage executive, business, and technical audiences
- Collaboration: Experience working in complex, matrixed environments with global teams and partners
