Job Description
At SAP, we help the world run better by providing business software and related services. As a Technical Service Manager, you will help customers with the adoption of SAP S/4HANA on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise. You will analyze customer business requirements, problems, and act as a technical advisor for our clients and partners. The role requires 8+ years of experience in SAP Technology Consulting, with expertise in SAP Technologies and Products deployed on hyperscalers, and comprehensive knowledge on SAP Basis AND/OR S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or similar
- 8+ years of experience in SAP Technology Consulting with at least 5 years of experience in customer facing roles
- 8+ years of expertise with SAP Technologies and Products deployed on hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus)
- 8+ years comprehensive knowledge on SAP Basis AND/OR S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools, SAP HANA
- Understanding of SAP High Availability or Disaster Recovery architecture, network and virtual technologies (load-balancer, virtual machine)
- 8+ years deep experience in technical planning, implementation, configuration and integration of SAP solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
