Job Description
We are seeking an SAP NS2 TSM Manager to manage a team of Technical Service Managers supporting NS2 RISE PCE customers. The role involves managing and advancing a team with technical background, ensuring high quality of customer engagement and satisfaction, and facilitating initiatives/programs with effective interaction with senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information management with Project Management certification
- 8+ years experience with customer facing SAP Technology Consulting
- 4+ years’ experience in technical project management for SAP Operations or Implementation
