Senior DevOps Engineer for SAP Business Technology Platform Cloud Foundry Landscape Team

We are looking for a Senior DevOps engineer to join the infrastructure team for cloud operations and development at SAP. The team is building the current state of the art cloud platform for public cloud, sovereign cloud and private cloud scenarios. The ideal candidate will have strong relevant work experience in software development, site reliability engineering, DevOps, quality assurance, or similar, and proficiency in using AI in daily workflows to drive efficiency without sacrificing production system security and reliability.

Requirements

• Strong relevant work experience in software development, site reliability engineering, DevOps, quality assurance, or similar
• Programming experience in an industry standard language such as Java, Go, Python, C/C++, or JavaScript
• Proficiency in using AI in daily workflows to drive efficiency without sacrificing production system security and reliability
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, Teraform, Kibana, Grafana, Open Search or Dynatace
• Experience with Open Stack, AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus
• Good communication skills and fluency in English
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred
