Senior/Expert Account Executive (f/m/d) for Professional Services

We are seeking a Senior/Expert Account Executive to join our team in Walldorf, DE. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT & software sales, knowledge of cloud ERP and public cloud solutions, and a strong understanding of the SAP product portfolio. The role involves leading virtual account teams, showcasing the value of SAP solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT & software sales with in-depth knowledge of cloud ERP and public cloud solutions
• Knowledge of the SAP product portfolio and related partnerships (Hyperscalers, SAP Partner Network)
• Knowledge in the areas of IT security, product security, software development, and project management
• Market and industry knowledge in the Professional Services industry along with knowledge of the business processes of different customer segments
• Negotiation skills at all hierarchical levels with customers
• Graduate level
• Proven experience and success in penetrating existing customer accounts
• Creativity in market handling
• Experience in leading (virtual) account teams
• Segment-specific network
• Successfully completed higher education
• Excellent German and English skills in writing and speaking
• Sovereignty in critical situations
