Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in (IT) support, IT service management, and/or Azure cloud operation
- Fundamental knowledge in customer support, including case and incident management, personnel planning, quality, and knowledge management, ideally according to ITIL standards
- Verifiable expertise in Microsoft Azure (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-700, AZ-140, AZ-305) and the ability to implement complex technical topics practically
- Experience in service provider management, team leadership, personnel deployment planning, and promoting employee development
- Well-developed communication and cooperation skills, particularly the ability to set priorities under pressure and effectively manage multiple stakeholders
- Independent working style and the ability to prioritize tasks and progress independently
