Delos Cloud, a start-up founded by SAP, is seeking a Senior Support Engineer for Azure Cloud to lead the customer support team and ensure fast, reliable, and high-quality solutions for customers, particularly in the German public sector.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in (IT) support, IT service management and/or in Azure Cloud operations
- In-depth knowledge of customer support, including case and incident management, workforce planning, quality and knowledge management, ideally aligned with ITIL standards
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-700, AZ-140, AZ-305)
- Experience in provider steering, team leadership, workforce scheduling and employee development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly the ability to prioritize under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Fluency in both German and English
