Solution Customer Success Manager - SAP Customer Experience

We are seeking a Solution Customer Success Manager to manage strategic cloud customer accounts, develop trust and deep relationships with customer stakeholders, and drive customer adoption and growth. The role involves managing accounts with complex systems, stakeholder networks, and high total managed contract values. Requirements

• Proactive account planning and alignment of customers' business strategies to product, solution, and partner road mapping
• Develops trust and deep relationships with customer stakeholders, account key decision makers, and executive sponsors
• Manages accounts with complex systems, stakeholder networks, and high total managed contract values
• Drives customer references, pushes for reference stories across accounts, and establishes success metrics with customers
• Meet or exceed account-specific revenue and profitability goals for account portfolio
