Job Description
We are seeking a Solution Sales Executive to drive LoB cloud revenue, customer success, and adoption of innovation, with a focus on SAP Finance and Spend Management in Indonesia. The role requires deep SAP expertise, business acumen, and end-to-end solution area domain knowledge. Key responsibilities include account ownership and strategy, driving end-to-end customer value journey, pipeline and opportunity management, product success and innovation, and value proposition and executive engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10-15 years of industry or practitioner experience in management consulting, with executive relationship building skills and C-suite influence.
- Proven experience in account management, solution sales, or customer success roles.
- Strong understanding of solution sales, customer value realization, and account planning methodologies.
- Deep SAP and domain expertise, with strong understanding of AI and innovation trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment and influence without direct authority.
